Choose to be concious in the present
much of our day/time is spent in the past/future playing scenes/thoughts over and over like a broken record, allowing what is in front of us, which is our true reality, to slip through our hands.
how would our lives change if we were to choose to consciously live in each moment, only briefly visiting the past or future when needed?
i feel that by doing so, it would not only allow for a deeper understanding of our self, but also connect us to “who we are”, which is usually the reason for our wanderings into the past and future to begin with.

Thinking Thoughts
“… the point is not to try to get rid of thoughts, but rather to see their true nature. thoughts will run us around in circles if we buy into them, but really they are like dream images. they are like an illusion — not really all that solid. they are, as we say, just thinking.” ~ Satsuki Shibuya
